Shipping & delivery

Shipping availability may vary depending on destination, product requirements and compliance considerations. Shipping is primarily available within Europe, while certain international orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Your statutory rights in case of late delivery remain unaffected.

Shipping is available only to destinations supported during checkout. We ship with track & trace.

Shipping costs: standard shipping costs €6.80 per order. From an item total of €150.00 (after discounts and excluding shipping), shipping is free; below €150.00 the normal shipping cost applies. This applies to every destination offered at checkout. Before you place your order you see the shipping cost and the total price.

If you buy as a consumer, the risk of loss or damage only passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to you or to a person you designated. For business buyers the risk passes on handover to the carrier.

If you receive a damaged parcel or an incorrect item, please let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery. A report within two months of discovering the problem is in any case in time.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Your statutory rights for defective, incorrect or damaged products remain; we bear the cost of returning such products.

If a shipment is lost before it has been delivered to you, we will, in consultation with you, send it again or refund you.

Sometimes the carrier has to investigate first; we start that investigation.
