Which cookies and similar techniques this website uses. In short: only strictly necessary, functional storage and, if used, privacy-friendly aggregated statistics without tracking. We do not place marketing or tracking cookies.
- Withdrawal and returns policy
As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period. For reasons of health protection and hygiene we cannot take back a vial whose seal you broke after delivery; the cooling-off period does not apply to it. Your statutory rights for defective, incorrect or damaged products always remain.
